Pérez-Llorca opens its new office space in Torre Foster

05/11/2018

Pérez-Llorca has expanded to a new office space due to the substantial growth experienced in recent years while retaining its current headquarters at Paseo de la Castellana 50, Madrid.

Today, Pérez-Llorca started working in its new office space at Torre Foster, within the Cuatro Torres Business Area in Madrid, where it has transferred part of its team of professionals as a result of the firm’s significant growth in recent years.

Pérez-Llorca retains its current corporate headquarters, located at Paseo de la Castellana 50, and adds Torre Foster to the offices it has already established in Barcelona, London and New York, all of which are located in emblematic squares.

In the words of Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Senior Partner of the Firm, “the new office space, located in the future financial centre of the capital, satisfies all the requirements, both for our professionals and our clients by accommodating the development of the Firm in the most comfortable, modern and efficient way.”

Part of Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate teams including Real Estate, and some of the M&A lawyers along with the Banking & Finance team and the Employment team have moved to the new office space. They are also joined by IT teams which include innovation, applications and technical support.

Torre Foster, which is named after the renowned English architect that designed it, is one of the most emblematic buildings in Madrid and the second tallest in Spain. It is equipped with the latest technology, which helps to make it a smart building thanks to the central computer system that controls some of the building’s systems and facilities such as the air conditioning, lighting and automatic blinds, as well as the sanitary facilities to reduce water consumption. It is located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area, an avant-garde business complex where the fiscal and corporate headquarters of other international companies can also be found.
