Pérez-Llorca today announced the appointment of Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé, a professional with two decades of experience in the field of digital transformation in the legal sector, as partner. With this appointment, the firm has taken a further step in the development of its Legal Tech and Digital Transformation practice, in line with its strategic commitment to innovation, the application of technology to the practice of law and the transformation and evolution of the legal profession.
In her new role Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé will head up this practice area, working for the firm’s clients in conjunction with its different legal practices on all matters related to their digital transformation. This focus will increase impact, scale knowledge and accelerate the adoption of solutions that respond to both the challenges of the present and the opportunities of the future.
The new partner will be joined by a team of lawyers and engineers who will accompany the firm’s clients in their digital transformations, both from a legal point of view and in the implementation of the processes and tools necessary to achieve them.
In addition, Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé will work closely with the firm’s internal teams to promote the use of artificial intelligence tools and new technologies, helping to drive forward the firm’s long-standing internal innovation process.
Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé has a law degree and specialises in digital law. She has held senior positions in leading international firms and consultancies. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, she led pioneering technological transformation projects and designed innovative legal solutions for large companies. She balances her advisory work with the co-presidency of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM)’s Innovation and Law section, as well as her participation on the boards of various associations linked to legal innovation.
