Juan Manuel joined Pérez-Llorca as Counsel in May 2011. In 2001 he began his professional career as a State Advocate at the High Court of Justice of Madrid, subsequently acting as State Advocate for the Ministry of Home Affairs. He was also a lawyer for the Directorate General of Security, Disarmament and International Terrorism Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Juan served from 2004 as a State Advocate for the Court of Justice of the European Union, and from 2009 as a lawyer for the Public Defender’s Office at the CMT (Telecommunications Market Commission), CNC (Spanish Commission for Competition), CNMV (Spanish Securities Market Commission), CNE (Spanish Commission for Energy) and CSN (Nuclear Security Council) regarding European Union Law. Rodríguez Cárcamo made partner at the firm in 2013.
