These awards spotlight the Corporate partners as three of the forty best lawyers in the Iberian peninsula under the age of forty, in the year 2015.
Iván Delgado joined Pérez-Llorca in 1999 and was made partner in 2007. He is currently Pérez-Llorca’s resident lawyer in New York. With a Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Access to the Practice of Law, Delgado specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate and commercial matters in general.
Pablo González Mosqueira has worked at Pérez-Llorca since 2006 and was made partner in 2014. He has a Degree in Law and Diploma in Business Administration, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from IE Law School. Since he began his professional career at the firm, Pablo has advised on every kind of commercial operation.
Julio Lujambio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2005 and was made partner in 2014. He graduated with a Degree in Law from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico in 2002, which was recognised in 2004 in Spain, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from IE Law School in 2004. Lujambio specialises in Commercial and Financial Law.
They have been recognised by prestigious legal directories such as Chambers and Legal 500 across various practice areas, and complement their legal practice with academic involvement. Each of the lawyers gives undergraduate and postgraduate lectures at important educational institutions, such as Universidad Carlos III of Madrid or IE Business School.
The partners will join a number of lawyers from Pérez-Llorca that have been awarded in previous years: Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Senior Partner of the firm, who was also awarded ‘Best Lawyer at a Law Firm’ in 2007; Adriana de Buerba, partner of the White Collar Crime practice area; Guillermina Ester and Félix J. Montero, partners of the Litigation and Arbitration practice area; as well as Carmen Reyna and Alejandro Osma, the latter being awarded one of three special jury prizes, the ‘External Lawyer Winner, Outstanding Achievement Award’ in 2013.
