Digital Workplace Solutions

Pérez-Llorca is looking for a Digital Workplace Solutions for its offices in Madrid.

Join Pérez-Llorca, a leading law firm in the Iberian Peninsula, where you will be able to accomplish all the goals you set for yourself. With more than 500 professionals, we offer comprehensive advice on Spanish, Portuguese and European law with offices in Barcelona, Brussels, Lisbon, London, Madrid, New York and Singapore.

Their mission will be to accompany the firm in the digital transformation process, and they will be responsible for leading the projects and processes for the transformation of the Digital Workplace and Collaborative Media end-user environment and services, both for current and future offices and headquarters. We believe that differentiating ourselves from the competition will be less about the technologies available and more about making the most of them.

Pérez-Llorca considers it vitally important to provide the different profiles of the firm with a scalable, ubiquitous, dynamic and technologically cutting-edge modern workplace that allows them to carry out their work as safely and comfortably as possible, maximising their performance both individually and as a team. For this reason, Pérez-Llorca has decided to separate the Digital Workplace Solutions function (research, prototyping, design and leadership) from the ServiceDesk function (execution).

Pérez-Llorca’s specific approach, with lawyers who must be available to our clients at all times (physically, temporarily, etc.), student trainees, C-Suite, staff, the importance of document management, and the firm’s internationalisation process, which involves integrating new technological and cultural realities, make this position extremely attractive and challenging.
A critical objective will therefore be to ensure that any mobile user has access to the necessary tools on any device and that their use is homogeneous, as well as to maximise the productivity of the different profiles in the office both individually and in their team and collaborativework, with a smooth and guided transition from the current environments to the objectives.

We are looking for someone with a technical profile and project management skills and who is employee-oriented and a hands-on manager to carry out the necessary tests and pilots to meet the firm’s digital workplace requirements. This position will not be staffed by Pérez-Llorca personnel and will be largely an autonomous activity with occasional support from external suppliers depending on the type of project to be carried out.
