Web Application Developer

We are looking for a Web Application Developer to join our Madrid office.

Join Pérez-Llorca, a leading law firm in the Iberian Peninsula, where you will be able to accomplish all the goals you set for yourself. With more than 500 professionals, we offer comprehensive advice on Spanish, Portuguese and European law with offices in Barcelona, Brussels, Lisbon, London, Madrid, New York and Singapore.

 

In the IT department we ensure that Pérez-Llorca is at the forefront of technology, implementing and maintaining applications and systems, based on continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.

 

From the Applications area, we promote the implementation of all the tools used by the firm to achieve its objectives, carrying out work to train users, as well as maintaining and updating them.

 

Role:

  • Assisting and reporting to the Head of Applications on development projects and supporting regular operations.
  • Taking ownership of development demands, actively progressing them and proactively triaging and resolving requests for assistance.
  • Working collaboratively with both the Business teams and the Support and Systems team to meet application requirements, delivering new solutions where appropriate.
  • Providing specialised support and user training.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer engineering or similar.
  • Front-end web development mainly with JS, HTML5 and CSS.
  • Back-end development with ASP.NET, .NET and C#
  • Batch development with Powershell.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub for code versioning.
  • MS SQL Server.
  • Familiar with Azure development environments, preferably Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with API development, preferably in MS Azure environment.
  • Experience in developing third-party APIs.
  • Integration, configuration and support of web services.
  • Five years of experience in a similar role.

Would be an asset:

  • Experience in secure developments
  • High level of English
