Our Arbitration partners participate as arbitrators and lawyers in important international arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Madrid International Arbitration Centre (CIAM) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Our lawyers also take part in ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL Rules and investment arbitrations before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
We advise on the most important arbitrations before the major Spanish arbitration courts, such as the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM), the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration of Madrid (CIMA), the Spanish Court of Arbitration (CEA) and the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB).

Our work also frequently involves disputes relating to agency and distribution contracts, insurance, corporate conflicts, mergers and acquisitions.
