Pérez-Llorca has advised on a transaction considered to be the best of 2018 in the Premios de Expansión Jurídico (Expansión Legal Awards).
Pérez-Llorca advised CVC on the acquisition of a 20% stake in Gas Natural, which was considered the most significant transaction of 2018 in the fourth edition of the Premios Expansión a la Práctica del Derecho de los Negocios (the Expansión Awards for Excellence in the Practice of Business Law).
