Pedro joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2019. Before joining the firm, he worked in the Litigation and Arbitration departments of prestigious international firms and as part of the legal team at an insurance company.

Experience

Pedro advises on arbitration matters and mortgage foreclosure proceedings, managing a wide variety of proceedings and drafting the corresponding pleadings, claims and appeals. He also advises on matters relating to ARCO rights (rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) forms.

Pedro has provided advice on matters related to mortgage procedures, banking litigation, defence of competition and arbitration. He handles large numbers of proceedings and also drafts all types of corresponding pleadings, claims and appeals. Additionally, he has a wide variety of experience in defending his clients’ interests before courts all over Spain.
