Pérez-Llorca names two new partners

Julio Lujambio and Pablo González Mosqueira, up until now lawyers in the Corporate practice at Pérez-Llorca, have been named partners of the Firm. With these promotions, the Firm increases its number of partners to 27. ​

Julio Lujambio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2005. He has a degree in Law from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico, which he obtained in 2002. He also holds an LL.M in Corporate Legal Advising from Instituto de Empresa in Spain, which he obtained in 2004. Lujambio specializes in Corporate and Financial Law; more specifically, in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and capital market transactions, company and group restructurings, project financing, and most recently he has worked on the process of streamlining the corporate public sector and on privatization transactions. He has been recommended by various legal directories, among which is Chambers Europe for Private Equity. Lujambio is also a lecturer for the degree in Business Administration at Instituto de Empresa and for various advanced programmes at IFAES.

Pablo González Mosqueira has been working at Pérez-Llorca since 2006. He obtained a degree in Law from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in 2003 with a minor in Business Administration. He also has an LL.M in Business Law from IE Law School – Instituto de Empresa (Madrid, Spain), which he obtained in 2004. González Mosqueira specializes in Commercial Law and from the beginning of his career, he has advised on all types of corporate transactions in both the private sphere (including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings) and in the sphere of the stock market (including takeover bids, sale and purchase of significant listed shareholdings, issuance of securities, shareholders’ agreements, etc.). In addition, González Mosqueira has also been a lecturer at Instituto de Empresa in Corporate Law for the degree in Business Administration since 2010 and he also collaborates on the Master in Corporate Legal Advising at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, where he lectures on listed companies and structural modifications of companies.

According to Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Senior Partner of the Firm, “These appointments fall within our strategy for organic growth, which we have defined at Pérez-Llorca. Our aim is to increase the number of lawyers working at the Firm, in order to strengthen the Firm’s activity in all areas of law in which we are specialized and specifically in Corporate law.
