On 22 June, the Legal-Financial Committee of the Brazil-Spain Chamber of Commerce will meet again, with Bruno Werneck, partner of Public and Regulatory Law at Mattos Filho, as the event’s protagonist.

Werneck will give a speech under the title ‘Actions for damages for economic imbalances in contracts with the public administration’, in which he will speak from the perspective of Brazil, drawing a comparison with the Spanish system.

The session will be held at 2:30pm on 22 June, at the Madrid headquarters of Pérez-Llorca, on Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
