The seminars will continue throughout the year, with events on 6 June and 3 October.
In this first seminar, partners Daniel Cifuentes and Fernando Ruiz will analyse the recent judgment handed down by the European Court of Human Rights in relation to the use by companies of video surveillance systems and discuss whether this new decision alters the doctrine established by the Constitutional Court on this matter.
This will be followed by an analysis of the current role of Company Policies in HR management and their significance in terms of regulating issues such as activity monitoring, the right to disconnect, equal pay, the protection of secrets, conflicts of interest and the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.
The event will be held on 7 February from 09:15 am, in the Auditorium at Pérez-Llorca’s Madrid headquarters located at Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
