New ‘Pérez-Llorca Labour Law Update’ Seminar

Following our regular format, the session will begin with a review of:

1. The most significant trends and issues that will affect the labour market in coming months.
2. The latest major judgments from the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Spanish Supreme Court and the Spanish High Court.

The session will end with a discussion by our speakers on the management of employee privacy in the light of the new guidelines issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
