In this second session of 2019, Daniel Cifuentes and Fernando Ruiz, partners of Employment Law at Pérez-Llorca, will analyse the most significant trends and issues that will affect the labour market in the coming months. They will also discuss developments introduced in relation to equality, achieving a work-life balance and recording working hours by Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 and Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, as well as the latest and most significant judgments of the European Court of Justice, the Supreme Court and the National High Court.
