Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair for Commercial Law. Thoughts on the new Law on Intellectual Property

On 18 November, Pérez-Llorca will hold a one-day seminar together with IE as part of their joint Chair for Commercial Law. This presentation will focus on the new Law on Intellectual Property.
The speakers will be Juan Antonio Orgaz, Legal Manager, Discovery Communications Spain & Portugal; Javier de la Cueva, attorney and expert on intellectual property; and Pedro Letai, Professor at IE Law School. Elena Veleiro, State Attorney on leave of absence and Counsel at Pérez-Llorca will moderate the debate.
The Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair for Commercial Law focuses on the practice of law at the international level. Its main aim is to undertake applied research of the highest standard in commercial law as well as to make it available to law firms, companies and law schools through the work and joined activities of IE Law School and Pérez-Llorca.
