Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair on Commercial Law: ‘The new regulation of the right of separation due to a failure to distribute dividends’

The experts that will participate in the seminar include Javier Vaquer Martín, Judge of Commercial Court No. 6 of Madrid; Juan Carlos Olarra, a lecturer at IE Law School and Alejandro Alberte, Partner of Corporate Law at Pérez-Llorca.

The speakers will analyse how the legislator carried out this reform, in terms of recognising statutory autonomy, modifying and clarifying some of the applicable requirements and conditions, providing expressly for groups of companies and including cases to which it does not apply, especially those involving situations of insolvency or pre-insolvency.
