José Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Founding Partner of the firm, will open each of the seminars. The speakers at this seminar will be Tomás Ramón Fernández Rodríguez, lecturer in Administrative Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and David Mellado Ramírez, State Advocate and Technical Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.
After a coffee break, there will be a round table on the new principles that guide court procedure and the operation of the Public Sector.
