On Thursday 9 June, Pérez-Llorca, in collaboration with Howden and ANV, will hold a round table on the new age of representations and warranties insurance in M&A transactions.

The speakers at the event will be Eduardo Real de Asúa, General Director of Howden Iberia; Marta Batalla, Senior M&A Underwriter at ANV; and Carmen Reyna, Partner of the Corporate practice area of Pérez-Llorca. The debate will be moderated by Julio Lujambio, also a Partner of the firm’s Corporate practice area.

The debate will include discussions on the new M&A market trends, the procedure for contracting said insurance and the differences between policy for the purchaser and the seller.

The session will take place in the auditorium of Pérez-Llorca’s Madrid headquarters, located at Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
