This work contains a practical legal analysis of distribution agreements within the framework of EU competition rules, in particular Regulations 330/2010 and 461/2010. The Preliminary Chapter is dedicated to the legal regime applicable to distribution agreements in the Spanish legal system from both a substantive and competition law perspective.
