We are pleased to present the March edition of Pérez-Llorca's Brussels Insights, in which we periodically analyse current issues in European Union law from the "Brussels perspective".
March has been a particularly busy month in terms of legislation. In particular, in this edition we have focused on:
- The European Commission’s Communication of 9 March 2023 – Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework for State aid measures to support the economy following the aggression against Ukraine by Russia.
- Five legislative proposals linked to the European Green Deal and the energy crisis.
- The judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU of 21 March 2023, Mercedes-Benz Group, C-100/21, concerning “Dieselgate”.
- Case C-738/22 P, Google and Alphabet v Commission.
