On 6 September 2022, Law 16/2022 of 5 September on the reform of the consolidated text of the Insolvency Act (the “Insolvency Reform Act” or the “Insolvency Reform”) was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). It will enter into force twenty days after its publication in the BOE, with the exception of the third section, which will enter into force on 1 January 2023.
