Experience

As part of his practice, Álvaro provides advice to companies in the software sector on a wide range of matters, both large multinational and national companies and start-ups, including strategic development, protection and transfer of intangible assets, with a high specialisation in software development and implementation projects and technological infrastructures.

Álvaro also has extensive experience in advising online platforms (e.g. VoD, VSPs) in fulfilling their regulatory obligations, including compliance with national and EU audiovisual and intellectual property regulations. Álvaro also advises clients in the audiovisual field and has participated in numerous national and international audiovisual productions, including their development and production phases, as well as in regulatory matters, having coordinated numerous proceedings before the CNMC and international authorities.
