Antonio specialises in digital law and new technologies, and in matters such as intellectual and industrial property. He joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, and prior to this he built his career in the digital law and intellectual property departments of renowned international law firms.

Experience

Antonio advises both national and international companies on digitalisation processes and the creation or modification of digital platforms. His areas of expertise range from specific regulatory aspects of digital services to more general aspects related to the protection of different types of intangibles (works, software, databases, algorithms) or the processing of different types of data (incl. personal data).

He also has experience advising on specific technologies and technology services, such as e-infrastructures and e-communications, artificial intelligence, blockchain systems and the use of drones.

In addition to regulatory advice, litigation practice and technology procurement, Antonio has been involved in standard-setting procedures at various levels, as part of the provision of public policy advisory services.
