Elisa joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2021. Prior to this, she worked as a lawyer in the finance and banking practice in the Madrid office of a well-known Spanish law firm.

• 2017 ⁠Joint Honours degree in Law and Employment Relationships – HR, Universidad Complutense de Madrid

She speaks Spanish, English and Italian.

Experience

Elisa is specialised in finance and banking law. She has advised domestic and international clients, private and listed companies, and has been involved in a number of transactions related to corporate financing, business acquisition financing, project financing, real estate financing as well as debt restructuring.
