Profile

Francisco is a professor of commercial law. He joined Pérez-Llorca in 2004 as Of Counsel.

He speaks Spanish, English and German.

Experience

An expert in corporate and financial law, capital markets and insolvency, Francisco is the author of numerous doctrinal studies, as well as diverse monographs. He is one of the authors of some of the most important legal commentaries in corporate legislation and has collaborated on the preparation of various expert opinions and legal works on commercial law.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Francisco is a lecturer for a number of Master’s degree courses, including the master’s degree in Business Law at the Universidad Autónoma, Madrid, and the master’s degree on Business Insolvency at the Universidad San Pablo CEU.

In 2017, he was made a permanent member of the General Codification Commission (Comisión General de Codificación) and is assigned to the Second Section for Commercial Law.

He has taken part as a speaker at numerous conferences, courses and seminars, and is a principal researcher for the Ministry of Education and Science’s research project on the main insolvency institutions, companies and reintegration (DER2008-05874-C02-02).
