Profile

José Luis joined Pérez-Llorca in 2017 after having worked at the Madrid office of an international firm for four years. In 2019 and 2020 he worked at the Firm’s London office.

Studies:

• 2013 Master of Laws (LL.M.), Georgetown University Law Center (Graduated with distinction)
• 2012 Degree in Law, Universidad de Alicante
• 2010 Erasmus scholarship, Aarhus Universitet (Denmark)

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

José Luis advises both domestic and foreign clients on all kinds of commercial transactions and, in particular, on significant M&A transactions, the creation and dissolution of joint ventures, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions.

Academic and publishing collaborations

José Luis also lectures for the “Business Law” course for the degree in Business Administration at IE University.
