Profile

Josefina García Pedroviejo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 as a partner in the Financial Services practice and is responsible for overseeing the Fund Formation practice.

Experience

Josefina has 15 years of professional experience in leading national and international law firms. She specialises in the Financial Services and Fund Formation practices. She has extensive experience in financial regulation and investment funds, advising banks, investment services companies, management companies and all types of national and international financial institutions on financial services authorisation and passporting procedures, investment product creation and marketing, MiFID II, ESG investing, market structure, and matters related to compliance and money laundering.
