Miquel de Espona Plana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 after working as a lawyer in the Real Estate department of a well-known prestigious law firm in Madrid for nearly four years. Prior to this, he had worked at another reputable Spanish law firm.

• 2015 Degree in Law, Universitat Internacional de Catalunya

He speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian.

Experience

Miquel is specialised in real estate law and has advised domestic and international clients on different types of transactions, including the sale and purchase of real estate assets, through both share deals and asset deals, as well as sale and lease-back transactions. He also advises on real estate financing transactions, involving both bank financing and alternative financing.

Miquel has also been involved in drafting works contracts, including delegated development contracts. Likewise, he has been involved in various credit portfolio acquisition transactions.
