Raquel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 as Counsel of the Real Estate practice area. Prior to this, she worked at international magic circle firms.

Studies:

• 2011 Degree in Law, Universidad de Valladolid.
• 2011 Degree in Business Administration, Universidad de Valladolid.

She speaks Spanish, English, French and German.

Experience

Raquel has advised domestic and international clients on acquisitions and transfers of all types of real estate assets, sale and leaseback transactions, the creation of real estate joint ventures, the sale and purchase of mortgage and consumer loan portfolios, as well as acquisitions of distressed debt (NPL) and REO portfolios, among others.
