Tobías Kálnay joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Before joining the firm, Tobías worked for three years as a lawyer in the commercial law practice area of a Spanish firm, forming part of the firm’s German Desk. Previously, he worked in the same area at another Spanish firm.

Experience

Tobías specialises in commercial law. He has extensive experience in advising on corporate mergers and acquisitions, and has been involved in various transactions, both nationally and internationally.

Tobías also participates in matters related to corporate law, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Tobías lectured for the Specialisation in Corporate Governance and M&A Transactions at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
